LOS ANGELES—Nerve or Gizmodo, or both, have published what is basically a whine-fest by spoiled elite mainstreamers who think that corporate America should embrace their porn simply because they are better people and somehow more entitled than every other poor schmuck who has ever made porn. I wish I was exaggerating.
The article is entitled How Puritanical Tech Giants Are Stifling the Porn Industry, and like so many of these simply awful mainstream screeds it’s very premise is erroneous. Tech giants are not stifling the porn industry; they are stifling mainstream marketer Cindy Gallop, the article’s 50-something main whiner-in-waiting, who rose to fame on a banal TED talk that lasted all of a few minutes, in which she talked about all the young men she had fucked and how they had all been ruined by mainstream porn, something she said she planned to fix. So now she is crying foul because PayPal wouldn’t let her use it for her porn site.
Welcome to porn, Cindy. The world does not distinguish between your “good” porn and everyone else’s “bad” porn just because you are Cindy Gallop
