GARDENA, Calif. – Puma Swede’s favorite pilot is back in the news. David Keith Martz, whose career went into freefall after Puma planted her lips on his parts while he was at the controls, appeared before a National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) administrative hearing today to testify that he has learned his lesson and will never do it again.

It, of course, was the sex act adult star Swede performed on Martz in 2005 while he was piloting a helicopter over San Diego. (Why is a sex act always performed, even in private?) The sex act in question was a blowjob, a detail that will rarely be fully fleshed out in mainstream coverage of the incident, which gained national attention after TMZ posted a video of the act to its site last year.

Martz asked the NTSB administrative judge William R. Mullins to rescind an order issued by the Federal Aviation Administration stripping him of his license to fly. According to nbclosangeles.com, “[Mullins] has viewed the unedited tape in chambers and plans to rule quickly.” Martz has previously had his license suspended once and revoked once for flying recklessly.

NTSB administrative law Judge William R. Mullins declined to reinstate Martz’ license today. According to the AP, Martz had no comment as he left the courtroom.
